Person Management

Enroll persons to a Collection

  • Select a collection and click on "Add Person".

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Add Photo (Mandatory, you can add photo by uploading from local or take a selfie)

    • Person ID (Mandatory, it's the unique identifier for the individual)

    • Person Name (Optional)

    • Face Storage Type (Mandatory, give options to enroll person w/wo saving the face thumbnail)

    • Metadata (Optional fields, allow you to add additional information such as Date of Birth, Nationality, Address, etc)

  • Scroll down and save the entry to add the person to the collection.

Edit/Update a Person

  • Select a person from the collection and choose "Edit".

  • Update the following details as needed:

    • Face Image (Upload a new image if required)

    • Face Thumbnail (Choose to save or remove the thumbnail)

    • Person Name (Modify the name for better organization)

    • Metadata (Update any additional information)

  • Note: The Person ID is a unique identifier and cannot be changed.

Edit Person
  • Click on the Face Search button within a collection.

  • Upload an image and select the search threshold.

    • By default, 0.8 (Strict Search) is recommended for typical use cases.

    • If the image is significantly older or taken under very different lighting or angles, we suggest using Moderate Search with a 0.75 confidence score.

  • The system will match the face against enrolled persons and return the matches.

As you can see, despite a gap of over 30 years between the enrolled and searched photos, a successful match was still achieved
